In practice that means the transaction is handled by that local licensed agency with its own lawyers and notaries, while your point of contact throughout speaks your language.
Our own story with Spain started with an ordinary dream — wanting a holiday home in the sun. We found our way there through a locally licensed real estate agency that has operated in Alicante province for 20 years, and with their help we became owners of holiday homes on the Costa Blanca ourselves.
Through that process, we saw firsthand how much easier the whole deal becomes with a local agency beside you who knows the market, the legal side, and which partners to trust. At the same time, we saw how little support existed for Eastern European buyers in their own language. That's how the partnership began: we became that agency's official partner for bringing their services to Eastern Europe, including Estonia.
That's how Alicante Kinnisvara came to be. We work with that same licensed local agency and their legal and financial partners across the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida region, and we act as your personal point of contact throughout the entire buying or renting process — from the first search to handing over the keys.

Alicante Kinnisvara operates from Estonia and from the province of Alicante. In Estonia you deal with us directly; in Spain the transaction is handled by our partner agency together with its own lawyers and notaries. We arrange viewings on the ground even when you cannot travel to Spain yourself.
The transaction is handled by a licensed Spanish estate agency that has operated in the province of Alicante for 20 years, and whose official partner in Eastern Europe we are. Legal checks are carried out by local registered lawyers, the transaction is executed by a Spanish notary and the entry is made in the land registry.
